A seven-year educator and lifelong writer, Catherine teaches students how to use language to learn and thrive in whatever purpose or path they choose. After earning her BA in English Teaching from Montana State University, Catherine lived and taught in rural Montana and Vermont before landing back in her native Massachusetts. Catherine believes that education is the avenue to self-determination; learning gives us clarity, agency, and the confidence to continue to dispute our ideas and enrich our lives. Catherine is currently a degree candidate in the ALM program in Creative Writing and Literature at Harvard University. Some of her work is available at catherinedorian.com.
